| Description: | The 407 East Construction General Partnership has been awarded a large and complex construction project that consists of the design, build, finance and maintenance of Phase 1 of the new 407 East Highway in Ontario. The project will result in a 22 kilometer extension eastbound from Brock Road in Pickering to Harmony Road in Oshawa, as well as a 10 kilometer north-south highway east of Lake Ridge Road connecting Highway 407 East to Highway 401. |
| Duties: | The position of Health and Safety Coordinator will assist the Safety Manager with the responsibility of promoting safety policies, procedures, and work practices through the Safety Plan for Construction.

| Qualifications: | •Bachelor degree in a related field is required
•Minimum of five (5) years of experience of progressive responsibility in similar positions.
•Safety Certifications: CRSP, CSO,P.GSC, GSC, First Aid and other Safety certifications.
•Experience on large highway, bridge/structures, paving, and/or utility relocation projects as a contractor
