| Description: | The 407 East Construction General Partnership have been awarded on this very important highway project in Ontario to design, build, finance and maintain Phase 1 of the new highway 407 East. The extension of 22 kilometers east from Brock Road in Pickering to Harmony Road in Oshawa and a 10 kilometers north-south highway east of Lake Ridge Road connecting Highway 407 East to Highway 401 will put our capabilities to work on a large and complex construction project. |
| Duties: | Survey helpers or assistants are required to work on survey crews aiding the surveyor in his/her duties. |
| Qualifications: | Must be reliable, responsible and a team player.
Must be physically fit and able to do manual labour.
Must be able to communicate in English.
An interest in training for surveyor duties is an asset.
Must have 2 years experience in a heavy construction environment.
Must have at least 1 year experience working in a survey crew.
Formal education in a surveying program is acceptable in lieu of work experience.
Must have a valid Ontario drivers license and a good driving record.
